What happens if we visit a debtor's premises

As a debtor, if you decide not to contact us after you have received an enforcement notice from us, or advise us that you cannot, or will not pay your debt, we will have no option but to visit your premises.

We will be courteous, and understanding of your situation.

We will abide by the National Standards on enforcement, relating to taking control of goods.

Please understand that we will be enforcing a legal Court Warrant or Writ*.

If we have to visit, there is an additional fee payable on the first visit of at least £235 in addition to the initial £75 fee*.

If you cannot pay the full amount owing, we may make an arrangement for you to pay.

We may list your goods on a controlled goods agreement.

We may remove goods from your premises.   Further additional fees of at least £110* will then be added to the debt.

We may remove or clamp any motor vehicle or mechanical plant that is legally available to us.

*Enforcement of High Court Writs attract different fees
