Our Conditions for accepting on-line payment or offers of payment

To enable you to pay your debt on-line, you must accept our conditions of conduct.

You must contact us within 10 days of the date written on any enforcement letter/notice that you receive from us.

You must advise us of your current telephone number and your email address.   To do this,  and to register your on-line account with us, arrange a telephone consultation with us by clicking   HERE

You must agree to allow us to send you up-to-date account details and reminders by email, and as necessary.

You must pay the amounts that you have offered, and we have agreed, and on time.

Should you fail to make an agreed payment on time, for whatever reason, you will have a 24 hours grace period.  If we have not received payment within 48 hours of the payment being due (whether you have received an email reminder from us or not), you will be deemed to have broken our arrangement, and enforcement agents will visit you, at a minimum additional cost of £235.

By requesting to pay on-line, you are agreeing to accept the above terms and conditions.

Nothing in the above conditions removes or alters our legal right to pursue payment of any outstanding funds by any available legal means.
